Introduction to Calibre Fitness

  • This 6-week block introduces new members to the full Calibre Fitness training system. It provides guided coaching, structured programming and access to our entire timetable of 54 coached sessions per week.
  • During the 6 weeks, members receive:
  • Coached group training sessions with structured workouts adapted to ability or injury
  • Access to all group fitness sessions
  • Access to group strength sessions with progressive programming
  • Nutrition guidance with personal targets and check-ins
  • Support from qualified coaches who monitor progress
  • A welcoming, supportive training environment
  • Full timetable access: mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Specialist guidance where appropriate, including menopause support
  • Optional use of the private 24/7 gym space
  • Access to on-site massage and wellness services (pay-per-session)
