  • If you're new to Calibre, this is where we recommend you start.
  • Your first 6 weeks are all about helping you settle in, build confidence and get to know how we do things. You'll never be left wondering what workout you're doing or whether you're doing it right. Every session is coached and we'll support you every step of the way.
  • During your first 6 weeks you'll receive:
  • * Unlimited access to all of our coached group sessions, with every workout adapted to your fitness level or any injuries.
  • * Access to our progressive strength sessions, designed to help you build confidence and learn to train safely.
  • * Nutrition guidance, personal targets and regular check-ins to help keep you on track.
  • * Support from our coaching team whenever you need it.
  • * A friendly, welcoming community where you'll quickly get to know both our members and coaches.
  • * Access to over 50+ coached sessions every week, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • * Specialist support where appropriate, including menopause guidance.
  • * Optional use of our small 24/7 gym area if you'd like to do a little extra between sessions.
  • * Access to our on-site massage and wellness services (pay-per-session).
